Are women better at organising others than they are themselves?

i was sitting watching this group of girls who were of on a trip and one girl was trying to get them all in order and on the bus and it wanted to get away, meanwhile all the girls were appearing in dribs and drabs and kept running in and out of the building to get their stuff and even when it was ready to get going they were still getting their stuff and even a table and boxes of stuff, was it just these girls or does it prove my point
