Why Did Rand Paul, Brown, snow and 3 other senators vote against Ryan's Budget This week?

I have read this in the newspaper, but Fox News has not said much about them voting against it. I watch Hannity and Bill O'reilly every night and they just keep talking about the democratic senators who blocked it and they have not mentioned the Republicans who joined them.
