What quality of care would you expect from Dr's Ron & Rand Paul?

Rand Paul can't decide what he wants. At the same time he wants to be able to refuse care to black people, make sure people who can't pay don't get health care, but he wants the government to guarantee him an income by paying for elderly people to have delicate eye surgery there is no way they could pay for on their own. He's the worst hypocrite around. ∠°)
