Are Rand Paul and Scott Brown RINOS for voting against Paul Ryans budget ?

They are probably just more intelligent versions of their fellow Republicans. I am sure Rand Paul doesn't believe the budget goes far enough, but the other Republicans that voted no on this bill understand its extreme unpopularity. Scott Brown knows he was elected by a normally liberal group of individuals, and so he must toe the line. He cannot consistently follow the party line, or he will not have a job years from now. The Republicans have really created their own rock and hard place in which to be stuck, and I for one hope that it loses them quite a few seats in 2012
