Does a satellite station cause any health problems?

IF anything, you're sensitive to the frequencies being broadcast, and should look for a method of canceling the noise or just stock up on headache relief. They can't make you sick, but there are rare cases in which some people can sense frequencies being produced/broadcast/transmitted, and usually report feelings of sickness, you and your father are just unfortunate enough for this to happen. So if you can find a sound system that will cancel noise (broadcast the same frequency with an inverse amplitude) then they shouldnt bother you anymore, else you could move, or just get a lot of painkillers, your choice.
