Tell me where to go to college!?

Right now I'm torn between Binghamton University, University of Connecticut, and University of Delaware. When i visited Binghamtom it really looked drab and sort of boring... but I've heard that Uconn has a limited social life and Delaware is "a joke". pleaseee help me decide where to go
